While some couples experience early relief, lasting improvement requires consistent attention to yourselves, your patterns, and your shared goals. The pace of work is something we shape together, based on your commitment and what your relationship truly needs.
Between sessions, you will be invited to practice new skills and ways of relating, so growth continues beyond the therapy room. My goal is to strengthen communication and deepen understanding so that, over time, you feel equipped to navigate challenges together with confidence, safety, and connection.
